Anniversary appraisal

Hello all.. my anniversary is on 8th june, and i have already initiated my appraisal and got 4.55 ratings.. how much raise can I expect in my salary? My current package is 3.7lpa.

I have the same doubt, i joined tcs as a fresher, my salary is 7.17, what will be my salary after 1st year anniversary ?

I am expecting around 10% hike that means 7.88 or 7.9 LPA

I think for laterals they discontunued anniversary appraisal from sep 2022 onwards. I joined in Apr 2022 and didnt get anything

Your score has nothing to do with your band, that's the bitter truth. Make yourself visible to the top managers in your account then they ll consider you for a good band while distributing it among your team members. Also learn on bell curve method of categorising associates during appraisal. You ll understand the process. I know cases got C band even after getting 4.7 scores. All the best!
