Anniversary Appraisal

Hi all,I still haven’t received my anniversary appraisal. I completed a year at TCS last November, and it was supposed to be included with my hike. Since hikes have been deferred this year, how know the status of the FAV? Any idea

Who said FAV is supposed to be merged with Hike? If you are fresher then you should have received a basic 7% hike in nov itself

If lateral then kinda illogical question

No,not merged just got a letter stating that your annual compensation will be reviewed during next annual appraisal

So it means they have stopped hike after anniversary for everyone

Anniversary appraisal stopped from 2021 onwards I think. annual hike only you can expect that.

Okey. It’s applicable for fresher not lateral hiring. From 2021 onwards stopped anniversary hike.
