Anniversary appraisal

I joined TCS as a fresh college graduate in June 2023, this year I am getting a 'final anniversary appraisal'. In general how much is it? Is it common for all? Generally how much appraisal is given in this case? Anyone who is been in same scenario?

You have joined in Q2, 2023. So you have not received any band as per my knowledge. Band 2024 for new joiners must have joined during Q4 , 2023 or in 2022. Correct me if I am wrong.
