Anniversary Appraisal

My Anniversary appraisal is completed by manager but it is pending with my reviewer and the last date is 25th june but she is on leave till 27th june… Can anyone suggest what can happen will this affect my anniversary appraisal??

Few years back TCS has changed their policy for Anniversary appraisal. i.e no change during anniversary appraisals. Only one happy thing, check in your offer letter if retention Bonus is part of your CTC means that you will after completing 1year. After 30% flat tax...
