Anniversary & Annual appraisal combination

As per tcs anniversary appraisal policy they don't do any evaluation, effectively there is no band & no compensation revise.As per them, anniversary appraisal will affect the annual appraisal itself only.Now the question is,will i get combine hike in upcoming annual appraisal effective from sep1 ,25 as per recent announcement.
