Aniversary

Hi TCSers

I have completed my 1st year in org and received an anniversary letter with increment but I received only 5% increment but my friends got around 10 % . I am also a digital candidate like them . Whom should I ask ? Please share ur experience and help me out .

Hey, increments can vary based on performance and other factors. Best to have a chat with ur manager about it
