Trending @Accenture; Android OS upgrade to 14 or higher

Has anyone seen the message of upgrading your android device to OS version 14 or higher in the Accenture portal? My phone is with Android 13 and it won't get any new OS version since it is an old phone (Samsung Galaxy FE S20) The phone is still in good condition 😭 and I don't want to buy a new phone now just not to lose access to Accenture mails and resources. I was thinking to wait until next year to get a new phone. But bleh. Feels I am old school now.
