And the Suspense continues!!

I just finished my final round of interviews, and after it, I felt pretty confident and good about it. However, it was on October 23rd, and now it's November 10th. Although I understand that it might be because of the festive holidays and time off, I’m thinking they may be catching up with work and might reach out soon. Still, the anxiety is increasing, and I’m starting to feel low in confidence.

I want to ask how you tackle this stress and how to stay positive during this waiting period. Also, if someone gets to the final round with a candidate, isn’t it a good practice to let them know the result as soon as possible so they don’t keep raising or losing their hopes?

What do you think of HR practices? Is this normal, or should it be changed?
