My rating was 3.47 CY1 grade got D band what are the consequences and what is next move. Working as L3 technical Executive.
For next 3 years you will not get a band change .. I would suggest to go though the policy for banding . I have an idea that you may be put In PIP and I had a team member who was asked to send in writing that he will improve in next 3 months else he will resign. Now everything is in your managers hand. Also, I had 1 more team member with d rating last year who was asked to leave . Anyways, apologies for demotivate you. I would suggest to look for another job and switch before its too late. Your monthly variable and quarterly variable pay component will be completely removed. Around 15-18% deduction in ctc
No salary increment. Performance improvement plans will be initiated. Stricter micromanagement will be done by HR & supervisor.
