Anant Ambani Wedding extravaganza!
Before I start my ranting, I am happy for Anant getting married and having the fun of his life. I hope and pray for him to have a happy life.
I have the following concerns
- Excessive media and PR coverage all events
- Deliberate flooding of content trying to set narratives for Anant’s generosity in building a zoo in a geographically irrelevant area and abusing animals by putting them in a zoo with adverse climate
- Excessive wedding events including Rihanna, beiber etc which could have a been private events
This just makes me wonder, if this is the beginning of the fall of Mukesh Ambani. In south India, showing off wealth in a very abrasive public manner is considered to bring ill will and downfall.
I wonder why the wedding couldn’t have been a private event for all their invitees. I don’t intend to morally police or demean their celebrations.
Anyways, maybe I’m just too poor to comprehend the richest man of India.

It isn't about money. It's about the power they hold. I'm sure a lot of these people are not doing it for the money, they just know they cannot piss off the richest family in India
And that's what makes it weird. You rarely see someone flaunting their power this obviously in the west.
Bro that guy - Anant Ambani is not going to be healthy for long, he's got bad issues. But M.Ambani loves his children a lot. He wants to make whatever time his kid has left on this earth count and filled with good memories. This is like an extravagant send off party. It's strange what parents do for their children but it's coming from a place of love....btw everybody is in on it. He's from a business family, he obv knows all the risks. So yeah. That's my take.

I agree with your 2nd point . But apart from that we should not feel jealous about it. It's their money their choice their life , they will decide what they want to do. Even if we middle class earns around 8 lakhs a year we still spend about 10+ lakhs in our wedding , and in that case some of our relatives even find mistakes in food without any reasons. So in same situation the people are making fun of their weddings by calling that they have provided them money by taking their jio sim and suggesting them that they could donate that much money does not even make sense (for ex: fukrainsaan ka bhai Abhishek)
It's generating jobs. That's the win for public
