Analytics at Amazon (Bangalore)

Hey all! Needed some insights on how analytics is at Amazon. I see a few Business Analyst roles here. I've been working in start-ups so far.

Few things I would like to know:

Career progression
Learnings
Culture
Tech stack (I see VBA as one of the requirements in the JD - just want to ensure they don't have legacy practices)
Pay

I'm at 3.5 YOE now.

Culture is shit. Too much politics and long work hours with not a good pay. They expect a 3+ YOE and wanna hire that person for 12-13 base. You can get better paid in startups
