I was promoted to L11 after clearing techleap in 2022. I joined as a fresher in May 2021. Cleared techleap in 2022. It's going to be 2 years as an application development analyst. Will I get promoted to senior analyst this may?

No, the promotion cycle has nothing to do with your promotion. There are many background checks which take place. Mainly your Month at Level (MAL) should be as per their criteria. Then comes skills and mycompetency proficiency and much more to be honest. So I don't believe you'll get this soon. Try asking your manager if you are eligible. If your manager is a friendly person, they may even disclose some key factors.
in June there are more chances for promotions
Same, been more than 2 years in CL11. Still waiting. Let's see.
