Trending @Accenture; Analyst to Senior analyst this June ?
Hii everyone I joined Accenture 28th June 2021 as ASE. And got promoted to Analyst after 14 months by giving exams and last year when I asked my manager he said DEC cycle I will get promotion but in dec cycle he gave me excuse that my name was there in promotion list but my year of experience was less .. whereas my friend joined in 4th June 2021 and got promoted in June.. I fought with him and he said I will get promotion in next year for sure ( this June cycle)
Any thoughts on this ?

I joined Accenture on May 28, 2021. Exactly a year later, on June 1, 2022, I was promoted to Analyst through the TechLeap exam. Since then, there have been no further promotion.
For the past two years, I’ve been consistently requesting a promotion. After several discussions and conflicts, I was assured that I would be promoted in December 2024, with a 200% certainty. Unfortunately, when the time came, they cited the reason of "no available slots" and claimed that leadership didn't approve it for my profile progression.Meanwhile, a colleague of mine—who happens to be a female—was promoted during the same period.
That December, I made up my mind to start preparing for a job switch. I’ve since received multiple offers, and my last working day is April 26th.
Interestingly, a number of my colleagues have also resigned recently. What's even more striking is that many female employees received retention counter-offers from Accenture after resignation, while male employees have been largely overlooked.(Not even single guy got counter retention offer).
Moral of the story: If you’re waiting for a promotion—don’t.....Make the switch. Promotions here are neither guaranteed nor fair. There seems to be a visible disparity in how career progression is handled between male and female employees at Accenture.
As Accenture is female employee centric.
Exactly!! I was told my name was there in the list .... there were 2 girls in my team got promoted.. 1 from ase to se, and sse to team lead.
Infact I too started preparing in Jan but somehow I can't focus on studies and getting delayed..
The Time table i prepared Last year like system design to study in Apr I am studying now this year !! Lake of discipline.

With us having a 90 days notice period can you tell me which companies might consider for waiting that long
And which companies did you finally got the offers from?
I don't know who is your manager but let me tell you his/her words.. i have pushed your name but you can see the market. In just i cant give you in written but for sure i am pushing your name.. then in june they will say that trump n all then they will ask you to wait till dec.. 😝
