Hi Guys. I joined Accenture as an Analyst from college as a fresher and it has been 2.5 years. I still didn't get any promotion. When is default promotion for SE to SSE? Can I expect promotion this June? Or Shall I make a switch?

Is it paced or un paced for you ?? Just check once in workday....it paced than probably you will become consultant directly from analyst else if unpace you will become senior analyst first....

But in either of the case.... promotions are not happening in Accenture except where they are legally mandated

My current package is 7.2 LPA with 6LPA base. I still think it's low.

Yeah, then I would also suggest switching. You have experience you should get better deal.

If you switch now, I think your pay would be a certain increase on your current but if you get promoted and then switch then the increment would be based on your new pay which would be much higher. Also can you please tell me in analyst what was your percentage high in the previous years
