Same bro, but it very much depends on when you joined, for ex... My senior joined on early 2020 so by 2021 early he completed 1 yr and then he got mid and end month hike, also much hike in 2022... So his earns close to 90k per month now, double of what we are earning just because he joined a yr early

Also a know a lateral who earns 1.4 as analyst, he is into DE
