Analyst Designation

I have 3 years of experience and my current designation is Associate in my current organisation. Deloitte is giving me a very good hike but the designation is Analyst. Is it worth joining? I have already accepted the offer letter, can i negotiate the designation now? Does designation matter in the long run?
