I will complete 2 years of total exp in June, and expecting a promotion to Sr. Analyst by this year in Deloitte.

I also have an opportunity at Mastercard providing a hike of around 30-40% but same designation (Analyst). My pay at Deloitte will be revised by 18-20% this June itself.

Is it wise to take a switch now or shall I wait? Shall I look to negotiate my designation with Mastercard?
