Amplitude or Mixpanel

I need some advice from product managers. We are building a virtual productivity pet app. The idea of the application is to help people quit compulsive phone addiction. So we want to track users patterns, behaviour, and what they are doing in the app. Basically what to know about the lifecycle of a user. Which one should we go ahead with? Mixpanel or amplitude.
