Amount after clearing WINGS2 PP1?

There are a number of factors which influence the increase, and you can go through them in wings sop. I think it ranges from 2% to 15% ( for pp1 only)

However to get an idea how much you may expect, try to get the TC of some recent hire with experience similar to yours and role same as your desired role. You should get around 40% of the difference of that TC and yours.
