I have offer with amd base 35l and cisco 38l which one to choose cisco grade 8 common hardware group and amd sde server team rsu components is same in both

Ask on Blind, might get more work level insight. I think Cisco has slightly better WLB and increments. Are you in ASIC or RTL design roles? How is compensation at Infineon btw
