Amazonians, how stressed are you? What's the work culture like?

I'm working 14 hours minimum. I just joined Amazon in Jan. It is just so stressful and so is everybody on my team. Onboarding was pathetic, felt like slavery. Is it just till March end or throughout the year? Learning wise, since it's just 2 months, can't say much. Feels like everything is done to please your manager and their manager above. I'm actually sick of the doc culture already. For anything and everything there's a doc. "Hey, you have a problem - go read this" Is this true for your team too? I understand why these processes were created, but it might sound like it's too soon to say - I don't see myself here following Amazon culture. Based on my experience, I don't think Amazon should belong in FAANG. Thoughts, suggestions? (Please don't ask my team, I'll loose my anonymity)

Guys.. is it ok to resign, take a break, prepare and then apply for jobs ? I lost my mental balance to prepare and apply outside while working here. hence asking...

Go for internal switch, ask people of the team you want to switch and then switch to the people

best in industry culture if you don't give a f about work and chill until pip or leave with 3 month severance. You could actually spend at least 2 year doing this.

Bro, to be honest I was too frustrated with this document stuff. Hell, I even asked my reporting manager ' what is the notice period over here? ' that too within 2 months. But, the harsh truth is that the payment is good and slowly you will get used to it. In short the only thing I can suggest to you is focus on innovation. I meant, I give a lot of JDI just to make the documents stuff less complicated It helps both ways you know.
