Amazon Senior Program Manager vs Google Technical Program Manager

I am currently working as a Senior Program Manager (L6) (Amazon has 10 levels) and have a offer from Google for Technical Program Manager(L4) (Google only have 8 levels) I am confused whether I should join google or not. What should be good in long run. Responses are appreciated.

Remember one thing, Amazon L6 won’t get L5 any way. Your pay will still be higher than Amazon.

Amazon L7 gets L5 easy, L6 in 7-10%.

Above L7 things are different.

Whereas L7 EM gets L6 EM easy, same with SWE/SDE titles.

Not my expertise 😆 but if u will equal the role like for level 10%2.5 it's 4 6%2.5 =2.4. And for Google 8%2 =4 and 4%2 =2 so Amazon is best role wise . But it depends on pay. Also not my expertise how this role works.

Where to go after Google?

Google L4 Program Manager, roughly 30 LPA TC excluding stocks, where could I go next and get a decent hike while maintaining some semblance of WLB, 5 days X 9 hours with some stretch once or twice in a quarter.
