Amazon’s shittiest org (Core Platform Amazon BLR)

I am part of the Core Platform Amazon Pay under Vivek’s leadership. The team it self promotes the culture of having relationships or couples with in team. There are some EMs and Principal Engineer who are married to each other but part of the same team.

I tried to approach a one girl with in the team. Girl approached to our manager saying she is not feeling comfortable. Manager (mshakul) reached out to me saying try in different way 😂 or different person.

I know this is a bad culture but wanted to give heads-up to HR or the new persons who might be joining the team. I am not sure what should be the solution for this culture. There are many people with in the team who are facing same issue.
