Made it through an L6 role with Amazon Pay in a non tech role. Any idea what their comp structure looks like? What would be the typical base+bonus+rsu?

Base should be 90% of salary. Year 1 and 2 bonus will be high which will be replaced by rsu vesting in year 3-4.

Vesting schedule is 10-20-30-40%
