Amazon london interview experience SDE-2 virtual onsite
I had my Amazon London onsite virtual interview today for the SDE2 role (6+ years of experience). The process included 4 rounds:
-
LP (Leadership Principles) + Coding: I performed well in this round, answered all LP questions, and successfully solved the coding problem.
-
LP + LLD (Low-Level Design): I managed to solve the LLD problem initially but got stuck on a follow-up question. Also couldnt answer 1 LP question well. Overall, I would rate this round as average.
-
LP + Coding: I performed well in both sections.
-
LP + HLD (High-Level Design): This round went extremely well. The interviewer appeared very satisfied with my responses.
Given that one round was average while the others went well, what are my chances of clearing the interview? #tech #amazoninterview
One interview, 1000+ job opportunities
Take a 10-min AI interview to qualify for numerous real jobs auto-matched to your profile 🔑It's acceptable if you don't outperform in any one round. There will be a calibration connect with all the interviewers which the bar raiser leads. Mostly the bar raiser round is the last interview, and is the decision maker if you are fit for the role. In your case the interviewer 2 would highlight that you didn't meet the bar for xyz LP but other interviewer or bar raiser might highlight that he/she didn't see the concern if the case be. So let's hope for the best 👍
