Amazon L6 Sr Marketing Mgr Salary expectations

One of my friend has completed loop rounds and has been shortlisted for L6 marketing role. This is a not a tech role.

What kind of compensation can be expected? Current CTC is 40 lac + 2 lac variable. And 9 years of work exp.
