Amazon India or Global Support roles

This is such a blanket question. No 2 teams are the same in any company whatsoever. My team at Amazon was amazing. But my friends in other teams cried all the time. My first team at TCS was amazing, but people in the other team of the same project cribbed everyday. Second project is shit. Same with my friends. Same thing everywhere. No straight answers. But Amazon on resume shines different.
