scary as fuck....the power these employers have to turn the life upside down almost in an instant for any employee is so scary.

That's all the run is about, to become free from paycheck cycle....to have enough properties that i can earn 2 lakhs a month just from interest.

Idk where the HRs get this from, they bring up some rule of thumb from some book they read and say there has to 10-15% low performers in your team. They just force the organisation to have low performance. If manager doesn't have a lot of power, they fall into this trap. In one of the organization I used to inform the team we won't do any kind of forced graphs which has to conform to some info given in some book and give people pip.
