Amazon HR department

I’ve been trying to follow up on my interview invite for the CXQO Associate position, and I’m incredibly frustrated with how unprofessional this process has been. The HR representative first said I’d get the invite by Friday night, which didn’t happen. Then, I was told it would be moved to Tuesday. It’s now almost Monday night, and I still haven’t received anything.

What’s even more concerning is that when I tried to reach out for clarity, the HR representative blocked my numbers and has completely stopped responding. This is unacceptable, especially after I put in the time and effort to prepare for and clear the test.

I need a clear solution now. Who can I contact to escalate this? Is there an alternate point of contact, or should I reach out to someone at a higher level in the recruitment team? I’ve done my part and deserve to be treated with respect. Please advise.

Do you know the person’s name? Login? Were they a 3rd party recruiter or Amazon employee?
