Managers today got a workforce transformation notifying manager training (aka how to tell ppl they’re laid off). From what people have said, If your manager has random training/meetings today, your team might be hit. If they have nothing today, maybe safer (not 100% tho). Layoffs will go in 3 phases over 3 days. L7s only know if they’re the most senior at their site for their org or if L8s looped them in.
IT employee should ask their governments to refund their last five years of incometax. In India, they neither provide why social security, unemployment allowances, no benefits of any form. Only international money kept us employed and now when it's fading away they should give us our money back so that we can survive in this cruel world.
