Hey, so iam a fresh grad out of college and will be joining Amadeus Labs next yr. If anyone here has worked there or knows someone who works there can you please tell about the work culture there and overall how good is the company for individual growth.
Good place, small teams high pressure, have to work with teams in London and afaik SF, You get your air tickets from travel back home reimbursed, good pay for SDE, just keep doing your work time to time and just hope not put on PIP

Just keep performing well, and you would never get to know the meaning of the term just wish that, basically it hints towards you being laid off soon
