Trending @Infosys; AMA: How many days does a project takes to allocate after release after Generic training.
Luck factor .Sometime just after training but i see some freshers are waiting for 1,2 years.Just try outside if you do not get project in 3-4 months.

In Infosys Getting Projects is more Dificult than Getting this job . Here is the live example I have been on bench for 1.9years now I got a support projects 🥲.
It’s definitely luck and also market reality. Unless a big Fixed price maintenance project is coming where one can add freshers as an investment , no T&M projects can afford to take freshers . Most of the time the training is insufficient for the fresher to start work
Do Lex courses of your skills and increase DQ. Also refine ur knowledge by talking to ur colleagues near to u in office seat and also on bench allocation. Also complete some of certifications relevant to ur skills. With this u will be highlighted with TPD team which can allocate projects.
