If youāre a partner in an LLP, you might be able to get away with it. If youāre a director, itās against the policy.
If youāre creating a Sole Proprietorship, go on without declaring.
Starting a OPC, Pvt Ltd Company, everything is against policy.

The terms of employment says you canāt hold directorship. In an LLP, youāre a partner. Iāll check where and how to declare it.
But if Infosys tells you this is a conflict of interest, are you willing to step down from the LLP or Infosys?
