Bro same here man, they've started subtracting fucking earned leaves for their shit policy. You can read the policy once for variable pay I think only eligibility is that you should be billable in that quarter
After 45 days ?? From when they started I have no interest here now . My 45 days will happen in feb mid before that am taking my leaves and sick leave also so I get salary for those days
