Am looking for a release from project
I have got opportunity onsite from other project need a release , but project manager is delaying, what to next ? Plz suggest opptions I have already informed HR and unit head also but no response.
It all depends on manager. In my case my manager said that they can’t release in mid of a quarter and have to wait till end of the quarter. But at the end of quarter they give reasons like there is no replacement for you will give hike in next quarter please stay like that. But as you all know it’s a scam. It’s easier to leave TCS than getting release from project.
And hr are the most useless people in TCS. There will be no response from hr at all in these matters
Deliberately underperform. Regularly miss your deliverables, screw up something in production etc. They will only let you go soon without any makhras
Same here..they are saying it may happen in 3 to 6 month subject to the resources available matching the required skills
