Trending @Accenture; AM is doing Lots of politics

Hi guys

I want to raise a formal concern about recurring management behaviour that is negatively impacting our project and the development team’s delivery.

Summary

Two associate managers on this project frequently reassign or direct work in ways that result in the development team receiving the majority of tasks and responsibility.

When I raise these workload and process issues, the response has often been to shift blame rather than address the root causes.

This pattern is affecting team morale, delivery timelines, and the ability to plan sprints effectively.

What I’ve done so far

I have documented multiple email exchanges and incidents that demonstrate the pattern (I can share these on request).

I’ve attempted to raise the issue with the associate managers directly, but the situation has not improved.

I’d like guidance on the next steps: like if they raise again any blame to us or me, how I can use those evidence against them? And to whom I need to connect for this ? Should I go for skip level?

Let them fight , they own the delivery . If there is an escalation they will be primary responsible. Make sure you keep your work record clean

M will assign to AM and AM can re+assign to team. What's politics in it? They are responsible for task completion, they can assign to who reports to them directly or indirectly. And if they are reassigning it is instructions from M to get it done from team.

Yes. Politics like we have 5 TLs in our projects... Out of that 3 are enjoying their life with leaves and by doing yes sir yes sir... But not doing anything. So all work is assigned to us... If whatever is bad that we did. Whatever good that they did.

Bro Politics might be in your team. However it's AM's responsibility to reassign task. I am also AM and we do reassign task to individual in teams depending on their capacity. And we also have our own tasks.

Do nothing just chill. Just do whatever assigned to u. Same kind of thing is in every project. If they don't care then why should us.

You can reach out to senior manager or du lead .but make sure you have a offer in your hand . All the best. They may balcklist you. But this should not concern you. After few years like a decade there will be no Accenture it seems , it will be acquired by another company if these stupid leaderships remain in the same position.
