What do you think market is offering to 2yrs experience?
Around 7.5 LPA fixed but location is a big factor. Please kindly tell me what the market standards are for Gurgaon location with 2 years of experience?
You already have 8 fixed…and you have mentioned that 7.5 fixed is standard….u are staying in Delhi Ncr which is cheaper compared to Mumbai and Bengaluru…Do you need a validation that yes it is good ?
I am getting 4.41 LPA with 3.6 YOE , I think I am underpaid.
Then I am getting underpaid 7.8 lpa as Senior Associate Consultant with 4.5 yoe

It depends on a lot of factors..one of the important factors is your college..so iit passout may be getting more than 15l with 2 years of exp. However stilll you are getting decent with 2 yoe
