I have 3 years of experience and started in an operations executive role with a package of 2.2 LPA. I am currently earning 3 LPA and would like to know if I am underpaid and if it is the right time to consider a job switch. Your advice would be greatly appreciated
Your current pay is too low. You should switch jobs as soon as possible. By doing so, you could easily earn 9+LPA. Best of luck
