This June cycle I got promoted to senior software analyst but got hike of 13% only and VP 12%. Post promotion my salary is 14.7 lacs (BP-12.5 lacs+VP- 1.2 lacs+Retention bonus-1 lacs) Am I underpaid ? Please 🥺 mention ur thoughts in comment section.
