Trending @Accenture; Am I underpaid or Am I underpaid?
L10 with over 7YOE Field: Data Protection (Veeam/CommVault).
Fixed: 9LPA + Variable: up to 21% This after working in the company for over 2 years.
I know some L11 with more than 10LPA & 5YOE in my own field outside as well as within Accenture. How can I bring it up without bringing their names? Also, who will be best person for this discussion Team Lead or Manager?
You can say , Market standard salaries for people with my experience are getting X LPA and my salary is not aligned with the market standard

To be real, It is good and I've said something similar like that to PL... she was like "I considering you to be my second" it felt like (not clearly told) that - I might get promoted to L9 but maybe in December. Even then, I don't know how much the increment would really be.
So, I'm thinking of looking outside from next month, you know!
