Is 17LPA fixed? From what I heard the level 9 bracket is between 18lpa and 24lpa. But depending on your experience, it may vary slightly.

Cl9 12.44 fixed, maybe 2lakhs variable. Totally YoE 3.6. so if you are underpaid, what about me? I think it depends on work ex too
