Am I underpaid in TCS with 7 years of experience and 9 LPA (Last 3 years I'm in TCS)??

If you are persfromer (consistent B at least ) then CTC should be 1.5 X YOE

Package should be yoe multiply by 2 which means your ctc should be atleast 18.

I have 6.75 yrs core experience with 10.86 LPA. I am in TCS since last 2.75 years.
