I can understand. I think it's high time we switch I guess for better raise .

Funny story as per their system of evaluating my work marked me in the last of the list of workers and also I was rude to a colleague according to them , no conversation was done for the same with me . Hence the justification I received.

Same is the case with me, I got 0 percent bonus, though I was told to improve performance. But I think it is due to rude behaviour with my colleague. Who himself is rude to others.
