I have 14 Years of experience in IT. Currently I am UI developer. i worked in multiple tech stacks. I started my career with service based company. I have shifted only 3 companies.. currently it is my fourth company..My Salary is 32 CTC...Am I underpaid?

Dude mine in 41 base + 2 bonus + 2 RSU. 17 YOE. Don't go by the numbers. Save n invest religiously.

I know many 4-5 YOE peeps getting this package from JPMC, Morgan Stanley generally has higher band than JPMC
