ETL Developer with 7+ years of experience at level 10 working from past 3+ years in Accenture with 15LPA FIXED
No I believe it's a decent package even level 9 are getting similar to that.
But if you compare with outside complies having similar experience and also working in the same organization for 3 or more years, their growth is way high
Everyone is underpaid in Accenture. And yes with 7+ year experience, you're underpaid. But any concession on the amount of work we are doing? Nope. I joined with 3LPA as a fresher last year through campus placement. Now completed one year, supporting 3 clients simultaneously, working 12hrs most days and working every weekend. Still the same 20k I'm getting.. When I asked for hike, they said you'll get a hike when you get a promotion. That's it.
But then it's time we should move out and get paid as per the current market based on our technical skills
Even level 8 with 10+ years experience getting the same
What is the expected ctc for this experience in the market
