Trending @Infosys; Am I underpaid?
I'm nearly 4 years experience (2 months left to 4 years) software quality analyst with 5lpa , in that 10-15% variable pay.In this year April promoted to this role but the hike very less that i can't see major difference in monthly in hand , may be 1500 or 2k hiked.... The people who got the same experience outside getting 15 lpa to 25 lpa . I didn't switch yet, I worked throughout the experience with commendable rating each time....but still didn't get much in the form of monetary... Staying in the same company is not a good thing? I'm trying outside now but didn't get many calls with a 90 day notice period, i learned latest playwright, javascript , api automation and I have working experience of selenium too...is there anything that can help to get 15lpa atleast on switch, currently 5lpa i'm having....

In Infosys, almost every employee (JL5 and below) are underpaid Switching the only option

Bro try applying outside, it's true that companies don't allow 90 days notice, but it's not always the case I cracked 4-5 companies out of that 3 were ready to allow 90 days, so just keep trying at some point you will feel enough confidence to put paper and find company

You can easily ask for 10+ based on your tech stack. Really depends on your communication skills and confidence in asking for more.

The hell are you doing bro? Just switch!!!!!
Jo bolta hai whi hota hai

Yes Underpaid.

Highly underpaid
