Try to get as much possible for now and then after joining forget about any hike for 3-4 years

You will get b/w 7 to 9 only in Infy.

If you are top on your skill, you go beyond and ask >12LPA as well. You should ask them based on the interview given, if they didn't agree for >9LPA, accept the initial offer, get a counter offer later and ask them to match it. Infy can go up to 12LPA for 3 yoe if we are good at the role or else expect 8 to 9LPA as a standard salary for 3 years.
