I am currently getting 10 lpa with 4 years as Data Scientist in Capgemini and overall 8 years in other data related program management at reputed organizations. Am I underpaid?

Must be 40 lacs per annum. Now trouble yourself by thinking that you are underpaid.
Be happy man with what you get. Work hard and keep trying and don’t compare you with other salaries to be happy.
