Am i underpaid as per market standards

I am having 21 years exp ..i am at 34 lPA package..

M i underpaid as per market standards because when i get call some time they said notice period is more ..but some time i get feedback you are already on higher salary side?

Is it correct?

34 lpa for 21 year experience. Trust me you are underpaid A Lot.
Some of my friends are getting paid 19 lpa with 2-3 year experience (again the domain matters) but still you are underpaid period.

Please change the company try for other companies trust me you'll be having fair pay for your experience.

In tcs, the number of years experience *1. 2 is an average package. Anything beyond this on the higher side, especially after 12 years of total experience
