It is the norm in Product based company. And, in service based as well if it's not a consulting firm like yours or Infosys.

7.5 LPA is fresher salary nowadays. So being a full stack dev person, after 2.5 Y experience, you should be able to hit 12.5-15 LPA by proving your worth in market.

Minimum 12.5 in MNC, 14-15 in mid range companies, 15-18 in startups.

I am a Frontend developer expert in React and related tech. I interviewed for a role which offered 10 LPA. I got the job but when I checked later on the job posting they had a budget of 10-20 LPA. They literally got me at the lower limit of their budget lol. I will stay here for some time and plan to switch to full stack or SDE roles after 1 year or so

10 years back SAP, Oracle, Dell, NetApp were paying 7-10 lpa to BTech freshers.
Now it's almost doubled in these tier-2 paying companies.

You are under slavery my friend, 6.9 in 2025 is nothing. You should atleast be getting 25 lpa fixed with ESOP and 5 lpa variable pay and 30 days paid vacation
